These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer", "you") and SERVIA UAE FOR ONLINE SELLING, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (Trade Licence No. 1623702), Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Servia", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, mobile app, WhatsApp channel, voice line and any other channel through which you book a service (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or otherwise engaging Servia, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The Platform is owned and operated by SERVIA UAE FOR ONLINE SELLING, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism as an online seller (Trade Licence No. 1623702), with its registered address in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Servia", "we", "us"). Servia operates online: we sell, book and arrange services through the Platform.
Servia is a UAE home and commercial services brand operating across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. We arrange the supply of cleaning, air-conditioning, maid, handyman, pest control, painting, gardening, swimming-pool, car-wash and related home services to residential and commercial customers (each a "Service").
Servia is a technology platform, not a service provider. We operate an AI-driven matching and booking system: when you request a service, our platform reads your request, confirms pricing, and instantly matches it to a vetted, independent service professional or licensed service-delivery partner in our network — each responsible for their own licences, permits, insurance and conduct. Servia does not itself clean your home, service your AC, or perform any of the underlying Services; we connect you with the independent professionals who do. What Servia does do, end-to-end: receive and confirm your booking, dispatch the matched professional, monitor service delivery, handle payment, issue invoices and resolve disputes. Every professional matched through the Platform is vetted, screened and required to meet Servia's quality, safety, conduct, dress-code and SOP standards, at Servia's published pricing and under Servia's complaint-resolution process. Your booking, payment, invoicing and complaint handling always run through Servia — Servia's charge to you reflects this matching, scheduling, payment-handling and support service, not the underlying service itself.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract under UAE law, and the lawful occupant or authorised representative of the premises where the Service is to be performed.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering or booking. You are responsible for keeping your phone number, email and address up to date and for safeguarding any one-time codes (OTPs) sent to you. Activity performed through your verified phone number is presumed to be performed by you.
Quotes shown on the Platform are indicative, calculated from the information you provide (e.g. number of bedrooms, AC units, pool size, car size, area, time slot). Final pricing may be confirmed on-site after the professional has assessed the actual scope (e.g. dirt level, accessibility, damage, additional fixtures) and is binding only once you confirm acceptance.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a Servia booking ID and either an SMS, WhatsApp or in-app confirmation. Receipt of a quote alone is not a confirmed booking.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated. Same-day, late-night, public-holiday or remote-area surcharges may apply and are disclosed before confirmation.
Any add-on requested at the time of service (extra rooms, deeper cleaning, additional units, parts, materials) will be quoted separately and must be approved by you before being performed. We are not obliged to perform unapproved add-ons.
We reserve the right to allocate the most suitable trained professional available within Servia's network to perform your Service, having regard to the service type, area, time slot, traffic conditions and the professional's load. We will inform you of the assigned professional's name and (where available) photo before arrival.
All professionals dispatched under the Servia brand operate to Servia's published quality standards: uniformed, ID-carrying, vetted, trained, equipped with brand-approved tools, supplies and personal protective equipment, and bound to a written code of conduct that prohibits unsolicited contact, soliciting tips, smoking, eating, photographing your property or making personal arrangements outside the Platform.
To protect the integrity of the Service and your statutory rights, you agree not to bypass Servia by hiring, soliciting, paying or contracting privately with any service professional you encounter via the Platform, whether during the Service or for a period of twelve (12) months after. If you do so, the protections of these Terms cease to apply, and Servia may charge a circumvention fee equal to six (6) months of equivalent services at our published rates.
For spiritual services (including pujas and consultations) and Islamic services (including Quran classes, gatherings, Aqiqah and Qurbani arrangement), Servia acts solely as an online booking and arrangement platform: the service is performed by qualified independent practitioners, teachers, reciters or licensed providers whom we match you with, each responsible for their own qualifications, permits and conduct. Servia is not a religious institution, does not provide religious education itself, and does not issue fatwas or religious rulings. Any animal sacrifice (Aqiqah, Qurbani/Udhiyah) is carried out exclusively at UAE-licensed slaughterhouses by licensed providers as required by UAE law; any meat distribution to charity is arranged only through UAE-licensed charitable organisations, and Servia does not collect or handle donations. Astrology, kundli, numerology, tarot and vastu consultations are delivered online only by independent practitioners as traditional cultural guidance for personal reflection: no outcome, prediction or result is promised or guaranteed, no claim to knowledge of the unseen is made, and such sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and (for established accounts) invoiced terms. Failure to pay within seven (7) days entitles us to charge a late-payment fee equal to 2% per month of the outstanding amount, suspend future bookings, and pursue collection via UAE small-claims processes. Any chargeback initiated without first using our complaint process at [email protected] is treated as a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Servia's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any single booking — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise — is limited to the greater of (i) AED 1,000 or (ii) the price you paid for that booking. Servia does not provide, and makes no representation that it provides, any damage-cover scheme, protection plan or reimbursement scheme beyond this cap.

Any statement made by a service professional on-site that conflicts with these Terms (including verbal promises of price, scope or extra work) is non-binding unless confirmed in writing by Servia head office. Customers should always verify changes via the Servia chat or by calling us.
You must not use the Platform to (i) request services for unlawful, immoral or unsafe purposes; (ii) harass, threaten or discriminate against any service professional; (iii) record video or audio of the professional without consent; (iv) circumvent Servia's pricing or fees; (v) reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Platform; (vi) post false or defamatory reviews; (vii) attempt private hire of any professional engaged via Servia (see clause 4.3).
The Servia name, logos, mascot ("Servia"), design, copy, illustrations, photographs, software and all other content of the Platform are owned by Servia or its licensors and protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal use only. Reviews you post become our property to display, edit for length and use in marketing, with attribution by first name only.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE Personal Data Protection Law).
We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future bookings if you (a) breach these Terms; (b) fail to pay; (c) abuse, harass or threaten staff; (d) submit fraudulent claims; (e) attempt to bypass Servia to hire professionals privately; or (f) use the Platform unlawfully. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at /terms.html. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email, in-app banner or WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedure in clause 10 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except that Servia may seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
