How plan pricing works
Each plan is sized to a household’s weekly volume. Servia VIP is built around one person’s laundry — 2 bags a week. Two or more people typically generate 3–4 bags a week, which is what the Family Plan is sized for. If you are unsure, start where you think you fit and we will show you your actual bag count after the first few weeks.
Each plan includes one scheduled pickup per week on your chosen day (Bi-weekly Basics: one per fortnight; Whole-Home: one per month). Extra collections can be added — we quote them before you commit.
Prices shown are starting prices. Items outside the plan (oversized bedding, wedding dresses, leather, suede, specialist stain work) are quoted per item before we collect them.
Sharjah is our home route — anywhere else an area charge may apply. All prices shown are starting prices from our Sharjah route. For any other emirate an area charge may be added on top, so please confirm with our team on WhatsApp (+971 52 363 3995) before placing your order. See the table below.

Our laundry and garment-care service is a processing service — not insurance, a valuation, or a replacement-value guarantee. Submitting a garment does not, by itself, mean Servia accepts financial responsibility for its full retail price, replacement price, sentimental value or any amount later claimed. Any claim is assessed according to the applicable service terms, the circumstances and applicable UAE law.
Disclose high-value items first. High-value, luxury, designer, vintage, antique, couture, heavily embellished, hand-finished, sentimental or irreplaceable garments must be disclosed before processing. We may ask for approximate value or proof of purchase before accepting such an item.
No automatic replacement value. A stated amount, purchase price or current retail price does not by itself establish the amount Servia owes. Undisclosed high-value items are submitted at the customer's risk to the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, and Servia does not automatically accept liability for their full retail or replacement value.
Garment risks. Depending on material, age, condition and manufacturer care, shrinkage, colour change or bleeding, fading, texture or print changes, adhesive failure or damage to trims may occur. These risks do not automatically establish Servia's liability. Please keep the care label present and legible and tell us about any special-care needs.
Specialist processing partners. Some services are physically performed by independent specialist processing partners in our supply chain. This does not reduce Servia's handling of your complaint, and does not create an automatic guarantee of a garment's full retail/replacement value.
Remedies. Where a claim is established and a monetary remedy is legally appropriate, we may provide a full or partial refund of the service fee, service credit, re-performance, restoration or another remedy available under applicable law.

Does Servia insure my clothes?
No. Servia provides laundry and garment-care services and does not automatically insure garments for their full retail or replacement value. If you have a high-value, luxury, vintage, antique, sentimental or irreplaceable item, please tell us before processing so we can decide whether we can safely accept it and whether any special arrangement is required. What if my garment is damaged?
Notify Servia promptly and keep the garment available. If damage or loss is proven, Servia provides a refund or credit of all or part of the Servia service fee paid for that booking. If your item's value is higher than the service fee, you must tell us in writing before processing, and we can proceed only after we agree in writing to accept it. Claims are assessed under the applicable service terms and UAE law; a stated value alone does not set the amount. Servia is not an insurer and offers no fixed cover amount. Do I need to declare high-value or designer items?
Yes. High-value, luxury, designer, vintage, antique, couture, heavily embellished, hand-finished, sentimental or irreplaceable items must be disclosed before processing. We may ask for an approximate value or proof of purchase before accepting such an item. If an unusually valuable item is not disclosed, Servia does not automatically accept its full retail or replacement value as the value of a claim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

Is laundry pickup and delivery free?
Yes — pickup and delivery are free across our premium coverage areas (Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Downtown, JLT, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, DIFC and more). A small delivery fee applies only to orders under AED 70.

What fits in a wash & fold bag?

Do you do dry cleaning, and for which items?
Yes — suits, jackets, dresses, kanduras, abayas, delicates and more, hand-finished and pressed. Dry cleaning a suit starts at AED 49; each item's exact price is shown in the Dry Clean & Delicates section above.
How much does it cost to dry clean a suit?
From AED 49 including VAT for a two-piece suit, hand-pressed and returned on a cedar hanger. Three-piece and heavily embellished suits are priced individually in the menu.
Do you clean kanduras and abayas?
Yes — kanduras, abayas and other traditional wear are cleaned and crisply pressed. Select them in the Dry Clean & Delicates section to see the exact price.
Do you clean wedding dresses and evening gowns?
Yes, as specialist delicate items. Because gowns vary widely, please disclose beading, lace or any high value before processing so we can confirm handling and price first — see our garment-care terms.
Do you offer ironing or pressing only?
Yes — the Iron Only service is for items that are already clean. Choose a hanger or folded finish; pricing is per item in the Iron Only tab.
How much is ironing per shirt?

Do you clean bedsheets, duvets and blankets?
Yes — duvets, comforters, blankets, bedsheets and towels are in the Bulky & Home Textiles section, with a 24–72 hour turnaround depending on the item.
Do you clean curtains?
Yes — curtains are handled as home textiles. Because sizes and fabrics vary, we confirm the price per panel on WhatsApp before processing.
Do you clean shoes, bags and leather?
Yes — sneaker cleaning, leather bags and shoe care are in the Shoes, Bags & Leather section, typically a 2–4 day turnaround.
What detergent do you use? Is it safe for babies and sensitive skin?
Eco-friendly, fragrance-light detergents by default, with hypoallergenic options on request — suitable for sensitive skin, babies and kids' uniforms. Just note it when booking.
Can you remove tough stains?
We pre-treat and do our best on stains, but results depend on the stain type, fabric, age and any previous treatment. Some set-in stains cannot be fully removed and treatment is not guaranteed — tell us about known stains so we can target them.
Do you separate whites and colours?
Yes — items are sorted by colour and fabric type, and delicates are handled separately to reduce the risk of colour transfer.
Do you offer a monthly laundry subscription?
Yes — the VIP plan is AED 299/month and the Family plan is AED 549/month, with scheduled weekly pickups, included bags and items, and same-day rushes. See the Recurring Plans tab above.

Do you handle delicate fabrics like silk, wool and cashmere?
Yes — delicates are cleaned on gentle or dry-clean cycles as appropriate. Please flag any very delicate, embellished or high-value piece before processing so we can confirm the handling.
What if an item shrinks or fades?
Shrinkage, colour change or fading can occur depending on the fabric, age, dyes and the manufacturer's care label, and these risks do not automatically mean liability. We follow care-label guidance — keep the label legible and tell us about any special-care needs.
What happens if an item goes missing?
Tell us promptly and keep your booking reference. We'll investigate; if a loss is proven you're compensated as set out in our garment-care terms (a refund or credit of all or part of the service fee). High-value items must be declared in writing beforehand.
Do you clean school uniforms and kids' clothes?
Yes — uniforms and kids' wear are handled daily, with an express option for school-morning rescues on the Family plan.

What's the difference between washing and dry cleaning?
Washing uses water and detergent and suits everyday cottons and linens; dry cleaning uses a gentle solvent for items water can damage — suits, silk, wool, structured garments and anything marked 'dry clean only'. We choose the right method per item.
What does 'dry clean only' on a care label mean?
It means the manufacturer recommends solvent cleaning rather than water washing to protect the fabric, shape or trims. Add those items to our Dry Clean & Delicates section and we'll handle them accordingly.
How often should I dry clean a suit?
Typically after 4–5 wears or when visibly soiled — over-cleaning wears fabric, so press between cleans. We hand-press every suit.
Do you remove oil and grease stains?
We pre-treat oil and grease and do our best, but success depends on the fabric, how fresh the stain is and any prior treatment, so results aren't guaranteed. Tell us the stain type when booking.
Can you remove ink, curry, wine or blood stains?
We target common stains — ink, curry/turmeric, wine, coffee, blood and sweat — with appropriate pre-treatment. Some set-in stains cannot be fully removed, so flag them and we'll try the right method.
Do you clean comforters, duvets and quilts?
Yes — comforters, duvets and quilts are in Bulky & Home Textiles, washed or dry-cleaned by type, usually 24–72 hours.
How much does it cost to clean a blanket or duvet?
It's priced per item by size and type in the Bulky & Home Textiles section; we confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before pickup.
Do you clean leather jackets and suede?
Yes — specialist leather and suede care is in the Shoes, Bags & Leather section. Because leather and suede vary, we confirm handling and price first.
Do you clean handbags?
Yes — leather and fabric handbag cleaning is available. Please disclose designer or luxury bags before processing so we can confirm the handling.
Do you clean sneakers and trainers?
Yes — sneaker cleaning and restoration is offered, typically with a 2–4 day turnaround.
What are your express and rush cutoff times?

What is your laundry cancellation and refund policy?

What if I'm not home at delivery?
We'll reattempt or leave the order with your concierge or a trusted contact as you prefer — just tell us in the notes.
Is there a minimum number of pieces?
No fixed piece count — the only threshold is the AED 70 free-delivery minimum; smaller orders simply add a small delivery fee.
Do you offer bulk or family discounts?
Yes — the VIP (AED 299/month) and Family (AED 549/month) plans give the best per-item value, and high-volume or corporate needs are quoted separately.
Can I pause or cancel my monthly plan?

Are your laundry staff background-checked?
Yes — the people handling pickups and the facility team are vetted, and your order is tracked through the process.
How do you make sure clothes don't get mixed up or lost?
Every order is tagged and tracked from pickup to delivery. If anything is ever missing, tell us promptly and we'll investigate and resolve it under our terms.
Is your detergent eco-friendly?
Yes — eco-friendly, phosphate-light detergents are the default, with hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options on request.
