🆘 24/7 emergency · UAE first

Breakdown? Tap once. Recovery on the way.

Stick a Servia NFC tag on your dashboard or inside the glove box. Phone dies, tyre blows, engine quits — tap your phone. Your phone sends its location to our dispatch (the tag has no GPS). Recovery truck on the way. Live WhatsApp ETA. AED 250 typical · 18-min response in Dubai/Sharjah.

Tap the Servia NFC tag — recovery on the way
Servia tow truck arrives at Mercedes on UAE highway Step-by-step: panic + tap, fast arrival Stranded driver tapping NFC, Servia truck en route

🔒 Important: How location actually works

The NFC tag is passive — no battery, no GPS, no broadcast. It does not know where it is or where your car is. When you tap your phone to the tag, your phone's browser opens Servia and (with your permission) shares your phone's GPS for that one dispatch only. The tag is never connected to anything. Same privacy model as a phone-number sticker on a fridge.

FAQ

How fast does Servia recovery arrive?
Average 18-24 min in Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman, 30-45 min in Abu Dhabi suburbs and northern emirates. Driver name, photo, truck plate and live ETA on WhatsApp the moment dispatch confirms.
Does the NFC tag track my car?
No. NFC is passive — no battery, no GPS, no broadcast. Location is only captured when you tap (using YOUR phone's GPS) and only sent to Servia's dispatch.
What if my phone is dead?
The tag itself works at 1% phone battery. If your phone is fully dead, anyone can tap their phone — we'll route recovery to that GPS and contact you via WhatsApp once available.
Which phones support this?
Every iPhone since XS (2018) and Android since 2018. NFC is on by default. More on phone compatibility.
How is this different from AAA / regular roadside?
Traditional services: dial → enter card details → describe location verbally → wait. Servia: 1 tap. GPS auto-captured. WhatsApp tracking. Compare NFC vs QR vs phone-call.

🎬 Video prompt — Veo / Runway / Sora · 9:16, 8 seconds

SCENE: Wide shot of a sandy desert road in UAE, golden hour. A late-model
SUV is stopped on the shoulder, hazard lights blinking. A woman in a modest
abaya stands beside the open driver door, clearly stressed, holding her
phone. Camera slowly dollies in.

ACTION 0–2s: She taps her phone to a small Servia NFC sticker on the
dashboard. Tiny green flash from the phone screen confirms tap.

ACTION 2–4s: Phone screen close-up — Servia's confirm card appears with
"📍 Live GPS captured · Recovery dispatched · ETA 18 min · AED 250".
She taps Confirm.

ACTION 4–6s: Cut to a Servia-branded recovery truck (yellow + teal livery)
arriving with red roof light flashing. Driver waves.

ACTION 6–8s: End card: "Servia · Tap once. Recovery on the way. ·
servia.ae/nfc-vehicle-recovery"

STYLE: Cinematic, soft warm light, real human on camera (not animated),
UAE setting clearly identifiable (date palm at side of road, license
plate in Arabic numerals).

VOICE-OVER (EN): "When the road stops you, Servia keeps you moving."
VOICE-OVER (AR): "إذا توقفت السيارة، سيرفيا تواصل تحريكك"

MUSIC: Mid-tempo cinematic, ouds + soft strings, swelling toward the end.

Output spec: MP4 9:16 · 1080×1920 · 30fps · <15MB · subtitles burned-in EN+AR. Post to Instagram Reels + TikTok + YouTube Shorts.

🖼️ Image prompt — Midjourney / DALL·E · 1:1 social post

Photorealistic split-screen image, 1:1 square aspect ratio, UAE highway
context. Left half: panicked driver next to broken-down SUV in golden-
hour desert light, tapping their phone to a small Servia NFC sticker on
the dashboard, soft red warning glow inside the car. Right half: clean
modern Servia-branded yellow + teal recovery truck arriving with bright
LED roof light, driver in uniform smiling. Prominent overlay text in
white sans-serif: "TAP ONCE. RECOVERY ON THE WAY." with smaller
"Servia · 18-min response · AED 250" subtitle. UAE atmosphere — date
palm, Arabic-numeral license plate. Color palette: Servia teal #0F766E,
amber #F59E0B, white. Style: editorial, premium, high contrast.

Output spec: 1080×1080 PNG. Use as Instagram post, LinkedIn cover, FB feed.

🎨 Illustrated explainer — Lottie / After Effects · 6 sec loop

2D illustrated animation, flat-design style. Three-panel storyboard:
PANEL 1 (0–2s): Smartphone tilts, taps a glowing Servia tag on a
dashboard. Concentric ring waves emanate from the tap point.
PANEL 2 (2–4s): Phone screen swivels to camera — large green checkmark +
"GPS captured" text + map pin animation. Below: "Recovery dispatched."
PANEL 3 (4–6s): Servia recovery truck zooms in from the right, dust
trails, roof light flashing red. Yellow + teal branding visible.
Loops back to panel 1.

Constraint: NO PHOTOREALISM. Flat illustration only. The tag and phone
are clearly separate objects (the tag is small + passive). The phone's
GPS is shown as the source of the location ping (rays come from the
PHONE, not from the tag) — this visually clarifies that the tag itself
has no GPS / no tracking capability.

Color palette: Servia teal #0F766E, amber #F59E0B, alarm red #DC2626,
white. Sans-serif Inter for any text labels.

Output: Lottie JSON or MP4 1080×1080 6-sec loop.
