# The 24h standard — works for 90% of orders

Most laundry orders do not need to be rushed. You drop off Monday morning, you get it back Tuesday morning. The driver picks up in a 1-hour window of your choosing (morning 8-12, afternoon 12-5, or evening 5-9). The return slot is the same window the next day.

24h covers: routine wash + fold, daily shirts, sheets, towels, uniform laundry, weekend backlog.

24h does not cover: events the same day, surprise meetings, last-minute travel kit.

# Express 12-hour — AED 30 add-on

Drop your bag by 9 AM. Get it back by 9 PM the same day. AED 30 add-on across the order, regardless of bag size or item count.

The 12-hour express runs the same wash quality as standard — full machine cycle, proper dry, ironing if requested. The difference is lane priority at our laundry partners. Your bag jumps to the front of the queue.

# Rush 6-hour White-Glove — AED 60 add-on

This is the emergency tier. Drop by 10 AM, get back by 4 PM the same day. AED 60 add-on, regardless of size.

6-hour rush includes:

• Dedicated driver pickup (no shared route — driver comes straight from our partner)
• Express partner wash + dry
• Hand-press default on every ironable item
• Garment bag delivery
• 5-minute pre-arrival WhatsApp ping for the return

We do not run rush above 5 PM start time — the partner closes the wash floor at 8 PM and we need the buffer.

# Real situations where rush is the right call

• Wedding-day wedding dress emergency. Stain at 9 AM, ceremony at 6 PM. AED 60 to keep the ceremony on schedule is the rounding error.
• Last-minute business travel. You have 4 hours to pack and your only ironed suit is at the laundry. Standard 24h does not save you; 6-hour rush does.
• Pre-event kandura check. Friday lunch majlis, you noticed the cuff is yellowed Thursday at 9 AM. 12-hour express gets it back to you by 9 PM Thursday for Friday morning.
• School-uniform rescue. Family Plan kids-uniform express is free for subscribers; for ad-hoc the AED 60 rush handles it.

# What does NOT work in 6 hours

• Dry-cleaning of multi-layered embellished items (wedding gowns, heavy sherwanis) — those need 24-48h regardless
• Persian rugs — 3-5 day standard regardless
• Heavy blankets / comforters with stains — 24h minimum
• Anything requiring solvent change-over at the dry-cleaner

# Same-day for VIP + Family subscribers

Both subscription tiers include free rushes:

# How to book a rush

Two paths:

1. WhatsApp. Tell us the deadline upfront. Open chat. We confirm same-day capacity + dispatch a driver in 60 minutes.
2. In-chat booking. Open /laundry, pick a bag size, then add "Rush 6-hour" or "Express 12-hour" in the chat when the bot asks for delivery preference.

Either way, the AED 30 or AED 60 add-on is auto-priced. You pay one combined total in the chat — Apple Pay, Google Pay, card.
