Same-day flower delivery in Sharjah works if you order by 4 PM, and the delivery fee is AED 25, waived when the order is above AED 300. The cut-off is earlier than Dubai's because arrangements are handcrafted and then driven across the city by Servia's vetted partner florists, and the extra time protects that journey. Below is what it costs, how each part of Sharjah differs and how to get deliveries to hospitals and offices right.

# Sharjah delivery fees and cut-offs

The 90-minute express option is a Dubai service, so for a tight Sharjah deadline a fixed slot is the right tool. On peak days (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day on 21 March and Eid) the Sharjah cut-off moves 2 hours earlier, to 2 PM, and fixed slots are not offered. Deliveries run 7 days a week, including public holidays.

The free-delivery threshold is easy to reach with a combo. The birthday trio (bouquet, cake and balloons) is AED 349, and a 50-rose bouquet is AED 449, so both arrive with no delivery charge. A 24-rose bouquet at AED 259 plus a balloon bunch at AED 55 also clears it.

# Area-by-area tips

Al Majaz is mostly residential towers around the waterfront. Give the tower name and flat number, and the recipient's mobile, because towers can share similar names and entrances. Evenings around the corniche are busy, so a fixed slot helps if timing matters.

Al Nahda sits on the Dubai border, and many residents commute. If the recipient works in Dubai, consider sending to their office instead, or book a slot for after they are home.

Al Khan and Al Taawun combine towers and waterfront addresses. A map pin saves time here, particularly for newer buildings that navigation apps may not list correctly.

Muwaileh and University City include villas, apartments, student housing and campuses. Campus and hostel security may not allow couriers inside, so arrange for the student to meet the courier at the gate and give their mobile number.

Aljada is a newer master-planned community. Include the building or district name and a map pin, since some addresses are still new to mapping services.

# Sending flowers to a hospital in Sharjah

Hospital deliveries are one of the most common Sharjah orders and one of the easiest to get wrong. Before you order:

1. Check the ward's policy. Some units, such as intensive care and some maternity or paediatric areas, do not allow fresh flowers. A quick call to the hospital or the family saves a wasted delivery.
2. Give the patient's full name, ward and room number, and a family member's mobile if the patient cannot take a call.
3. Keep it compact. A bedside table has little room, so a modest bouquet with a vase (glass vase AED 39) is more practical than a large box.
4. Skip strong scents such as lilies for shared rooms.

For a new baby, the newborn bouquet (AED 229) comes in a blue or pink theme with a foil balloon, and get-well or congratulations bouquets start at AED 199.

# Office and corporate deliveries

For a colleague's birthday, promotion or welcome, send to their workplace during office hours and name the company and floor. If the office reception closes early, choose a fixed 2-hour slot so the arrangement arrives while someone can receive it.

For companies that want flowers every week, the office reception subscription is AED 349 a week and Office Plus, with three arrangements, is AED 649 a week. Both include a vase swap and a fixed delivery day, can be paused at any time, and come with a monthly VAT invoice. Subscriptions start within 3 working days.

# Ordering and what happens next

Order online on the flower delivery page or on WhatsApp by sending the recipient's area, the occasion and your budget. Servia replies with options and a payment link, and confirms the order and final total before you pay. If you would like to see the arrangement before it leaves, a photo on WhatsApp before dispatch is available on request. Arrangements may vary slightly with seasonal availability, with a similar look and value.

# FAQ

Can I order from Dubai for delivery in Sharjah?

Yes. What matters is the delivery address, not where you are when you order. A Sharjah address uses the Sharjah fee (AED 25, free above AED 300) and the 4 PM same-day cut-off, even if you place the order from Dubai.

Is 4 PM the cut-off for a midnight delivery in Sharjah too?

No. The midnight slot has its own order-by time of 8 PM and costs AED 75 extra in Sharjah. It suits birthdays and anniversaries that start at midnight, as long as someone at the address will open the door between 11 PM and 12:30 AM.

What is a sensible budget for flowers for a Sharjah colleague?

A 12-rose bouquet at AED 159 or a congratulations bouquet from AED 199 is a common choice for a colleague. For a team gift from several people, a combo such as roses with a 0.5 kg cake from AED 279 goes further, and anything above AED 300 comes with free delivery.

Can a student at University City receive flowers?

Usually, yes, but campus and hostel security rules vary. Give the student's mobile number and ask them to meet the courier at the main gate or reception. A fixed 2-hour slot makes that easier to plan around lectures.
