# How it works

2. Pick items — shirts, kanduras, bedsheets, sneakers, a wash-and-fold bag, dry-clean a suit, anything.
3. Open the basket — you'll see the 20% off (FIRST20) line auto-applied.
4. Tap "Continue to checkout."
5. Pick your home / office / hotel pickup address. Choose a 1-hour pickup window.
6. Pay via Ziina, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card.
7. Driver collects in the window. 24h later, your wash is back.
